Shriji Gases, a family-owned business established in 1998, has emerged as one of the foremost manufacturers and suppliers of industrial gases in Eastern, Western, and Southern India. With over 25 years of experience, the company has built a strong reputation in the gas industry, serving clients in sectors such as chemical, construction, defense, and energy.

The company’s geographical reach extends across the entire nation, facilitated by strategically located manufacturing plants in Jamnagar (Gujarat), Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Paradeep (Odisha), and Angul (Odisha). These plants enable Shriji Gases to cater to diverse regional requirements effectively.

Recognizing the importance of timely and reliable service, the company maintains a dedicated fleet of transport tankers. This allows for efficient distribution of gases to customers across different locations. By streamlining transportation logistics, Shriji Gases ensures its manufacturing facilities can focus entirely on meeting the needs of its nationwide customer network. Additionally, the company maintains an ample stock of gas cylinders to promptly fulfill customer orders.

Our History

1998
The company was established

Established as “Rohit Gases”- a partnership enterprise in Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh).

2001
Another manufacturing unit was opened

Due to increase in demand of Dissolved Acetylene (DA) gas, “Himanshu Gases” was established in Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh).

2005
The company expanded to the western part of India

Keeping growth and expansion in mind, “Shriji Gases” was established in Jamnagar (Gujarat). The company also expanded its product portfolio by launching the production of Argon, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide gas to the existing portfolio of Dissolved Acetylene (DA) gas.

2010
The company expanded to the eastern part of India

In order to cater to different regions of India, “Swadeshi Air Products” was established in Paradip (Odisha).

2019
The company restructure under a group name - “Shriji Gases”.
2020
The company started exporting industrial gases
2023
The company opened another Manufacturing Plant in Angul, Odisha.

G.P. Agarwal, the co-founder of Shriji Gases in 1998, has been a driving force behind the company’s success. With over 50 years of industry experience, his visionary leadership and deep industry knowledge have built trust among stakeholders and customers. Under his guidance, Shriji Gases has become a strong competitor in the gas market, with Mr. Agarwal currently overseeing sales and strategy. His expertise and strategic initiatives have propelled the company’s growth and established its reputation as a trusted and respected industry player.

Mr. Rajesh Modi, Co-Founder & Director

Rajesh Modi, the son-in-law of G.P. Agarwal and co-founder of Shriji Gases in 1998, brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to the company. With over 20 years of experience in the gas industry, Mr. Modi has successfully launched and managed multiple businesses. He played a pivotal role in setting up the manufacturing units across the country, providing a solid foundation for the company’s growth. Currently, Mr. Modi is responsible for managing the purchase and financial aspects of the business, ensuring its smooth operations and financial stability.
